Pineapple Slush

This refreshing pineapple slush drink recipe is the perfect drink to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Made with freshly frozen pineapple chunks and pineapple juice, this recipe comes together in less than 5 minutes and is easy as they come!

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (12 oz by weight)
  • 8 fluid ounces pineapple juice (I used Dole brand)


  • Add frozen pinapple chunks and pineapple juice to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 5-10 seconds, until blended well, using a long wooden spoon to ensure you get everything mixed well from the bottom.


If you don't have frozen pineapple chunks, or don't want to wait, keep recipe the same but add 18-20 large ice cubes (about 18 oz by weight) and blend until combined and the ice chunks are minimal.
